Supplementary Text:

The following are supplementary text that I have read and encourage you to read as well but they are not required. We will be dealing with Sinek’s Why, What and How in module/week 1 but his TED talk provides enough information to enable you to complete the assignment. We will also be looking at Pink’s Drive RSA Animate video which summarizes his book. Another great read but the video provides an excellent summary. If you like all the details you will want to get the book. The key ideas in the video Friedman’s Theory of Differentiated Leadership Made Simple are found in Friedman’s Failure of Nerve.
