Module 3 & 4 Introduction Video

Innovation Project: Collaborative Discussion

Throughout the Digital Learning and Leading (DLL) program you have been working on an innovation project that has provided the context for much of your course work. Consider the Every Day Leadership video by Drew Dudley as you reflect on the impact of your innovation project.

Everyday leadership – Drew Dudley

In this part of your capstone reflection and discussion, we want you to discuss your innovation project and what you have learned. Consider the following questions as starting points for your discussion:

  • Reflect on all the work you have done so far on your innovation project.
  • Where are you in your innovation project?
  • What if anything do you have to complete?
  • Analyze and assess the learning process you have undergone by working on your innovation project?
  • What worked?
  • What could you do better?
  • What lessons have you learned?
  • How do you plan to promote and communicate your innovation project?
  • How would you apply what you have learned to your next innovation project?

Please remember the list of questions are for your benefit and are intended to help you focus your thinking. We are not asking nor expect you to answer each question in your discussion–rather you should use these questions to help focus on how the insights gained through this discussion will help you to add another component to your innovation plan.

This assignment will be assessed as part of your course participation grade.
