Just having a little fun with the way we kid-glove kids in school. The song was inspired by a chat with my musical humor duo partner, Gord Graber, after he read the recent story of a teacher who got suspended for giving a 0 to a student who did not hand in an assignment. I know there are other factors involved, but don’t you get a little frustrated with our over-sensitivity? I mean honestly, kids play the most violent video games in history, they experience all kinds of things in movies, TV and music – and we worry about the detriments of competition. Really?
