Cost of Not Prioritizing Student Experience

I seldom will add comments to an infographic or video because I believe that the media should be able to tell the full story. When I do add a prelude or comments it is to make a connection between the media and a less obvious connection.

What if we replace the term “customer” with “student”… I am just asking…
