Sleep is Your Superpower

If sleep really is a superpower then we should be looking at ways to use this ability. We all have to sleep so figuring out the best way and the right amount may not only improve your life but it could also extend it. Matthew Walkers book Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams is a good read and fully expands on the key details that he shares in the TED talk.
